To receive a complete refund, the items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused and in their original packaging, in a condition that is deemed "as new" or resalable. The electric cargo bike Kindergarten is tailored for young urban families seeking an affordable and eco-friendly transportation alternative. With its open-top cargo box and two opposing benches that can accommodate up to six children, complete with Y seat belts for safety, the Kindergarten provides a secure and comfortable ride. Utilizing a unique 'Tadpole Trike' steering system, the Kindergarten ensures tight steering control and optimal maneuverability, with direct steering from behind the cargo box for added precision. Electric Bikes
Individuals aged 14 and above can operate an electric bike that meets specific criteria without the need for a license, registration, taxation, or insurance. These bicycles are referred to as 'electrically assisted pedal cycles' (EAPCs) and must feature pedals for propulsion. An EAPC must display information such as the power output, motor manufacturer, battery voltage, and maximum speed.
The electric motor of an EAPC must not exceed 250 watts and should not provide assistance over 15.5mph. EAPCs can have more than two wheels, like a tricycle, and are considered normal pedal bikes for usage on cycle paths and areas where bicycles are allowed.
Summary
In the UK, electric bikes (EAPCs) must adhere to the following regulations:
- Riders must be 14 years or older
- No license, registration, tax, or insurance is required
- Pedals must be present for propulsion
- Display requirements for power output, motor manufacturer, battery voltage, and maximum speed
- An e-bike must have a motor with a maximum continuous power output of 250W to be road legal
- A maximum speed of 15mph (25 km/h) is permitted on public roads (Surpassing the authorized speed limit could lead to the classification of the e-bike as a motorcycle or moped, necessitating the acquisition of suitable licenses, insurance, and registration)
- Although not compulsory, it is advisable to wear a helmet for personal safety
- E-bikes are classified as bicycles and must follow the same rules and regulations as standard bicycles
E-Scooters
E-bikes are permissible in the UK, but e-scooters are subject to different regulations. The usage of privately owned e-scooters on public roads and pavements is prohibited in most parts of the UK, with the exception of specific trial areas. The UK government is currently conducting trials of rental e-scooters in designated regions to evaluate their effectiveness and influence on transportation systems. The varying regulations for e-scooters are largely driven by safety considerations and the necessity for suitable infrastructure to accommodate their use.
In December 2023, it was announced that the Department for Transport had informed councils that the legalisation of all e-scooters was still being considered, but they had yet to secure a timeframe for the proposed legalisation. Consequently, the e-scooter trials have been prolonged by an additional two years until May 31, 2026.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be advised that the 14-day return window allows you to inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. To receive a complete refund, the items must be returned in a condition that is deemed as "as new" or resaleable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please carefully examine all items upon delivery and refrain from accepting any damaged deliveries. If you find that an item is damaged, kindly email clear photos of the damaged items to info@powertopedal.com for us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled more than 12 hours after being placed may incur extra charges. If your order has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any expenses associated with returning the item. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

from 17 reviewsI bought my Juicy Classic Click a month ago and having ridden it at least 5 times a week since I feel ready to give my review. In short, it's a dream - an absolute game-changer. My daily commute is a approximately a 6 mile round trip and in the B.C times I usually caught a bus... I was wary about public transport but was also realistic about my ability to ride a bike to the office (at the top of a steep hill) as I hadn't really ridden for 20 years... I went for the e-bike and I'm thrilled that I did, it's a revelation! The assistance the bike gives means my journey to work is a breeze, half the time the bus took and a million times more fun. The styling is beautiful and turns heads wherever we go and, though I know very little about such things, the build quality seems fab too. Cannot recommend highly enough.
We did some social cycling down in Sussex on some old railway lines that are now official cycle tracks. Ive used it to go to work, to go to events and to go to Twickenham last week. I think the ease and the comfort is huge. I find the bikes comfort genuinely, almost surprising in how at ease I feel on it. On a clear stretch of road and if you do find yourself a few minutes late you can just click the thing into action and off you go and you are not sweating buckets when you get to the other end. The bikes comfort is surprising and how at ease you feel with it. Going up hills it does take the pressure off. I find it a wonderfully easy and straightforward way of getting from A to B without sometimes the stress of everyday cycling so Im a big fan, I really am.B46+B46
I have just completed a charity 40 mile cycle ride. Initially I was concerned that the range of the battery would not be good enough but I was surprised. I rode the course in power level 1 all the way, even on flat and down hill sections, and used the derailleur gears as much as possible. The hills were not too steep but in all there was nearly 500m of ascent and I passed many people on normal bikes on the uphills but the passed me on the downhills and flat sections. My average for the ride was about 17kmph which was better than expected. At the end of the ride I still have 59 per cent of battery left. Amazing.

I've had my Emu Evo for about a week now and I love it. It's reasonably light so provides an easy and comfortable ride even when not using any power. But when you need a bit of help the power provides a decent kick. I hadn't ridden an ebike before so I'm still getting used to it, but so far I'm delighted and am looking forward to being able to venture further and up steeper hills than I could on my regular bike.
Now getting to old to get up the hills so bought this two years ago to replace my wonderful old Giant bike. Have used it extensively for leisure riding (cycle trails, bridleways and quiet roads). Now 80 years old and can successfully tackle some of the steepest lanes in Devon! Extremely pleased with the product

Well packed. easy assemble. rode on manual setting gears worked fine rode like a normal bike, turned on the power nice smooth delivery went up a hill no problem on level 2.
Really pleased with my purchase and wish Id gone electric earlier as makes my cycle to work pretty much effortless, like the fact that the battery is integrated into the frame, only downside is the brake cables as quite taught on the handlebars but just need a bit of adjustment and hopefully all will be good.

I have waited to write this review for 6 months to give the bikes a good trial!! We have two juicy compact plus with largest battery. These bikes are a game changer!! We have used them extensively and loved them. We have even fitted them into our vw camper van and taken them to Cornwall!! Well made and easy to fold and put up. Spent many a day riding round and use mine to go shopping. Would definitely recommend these. Thank you juicy for getting me back on a bike without the pain!! I now fly up hills!!
We brought two Emu bikes with mid range battery packs and a spare we take them with us on the rear cycle rack of our motorhome, with the front wheel electric motor we find this helps us to enjoy our rides knowing we have battery assistance to help us up a steep hill or power us home after a long ride, best electric Bikes by far highly recommend.
Really well made sturdy bike, zippy little motor and helps greatly with the steep hills in my area.. Would highly recommend A+ so far!
